We have been using SVS FORTRAN-386 and have been quite happy with it.
It will support your hardware.  Some other people here have used it to
port FORTRAN from the VAX to the 386, and I understand the code ports
with no or very little change.  (I am at a remote site so cannot ask
them now.)
