I'll be visiting the Military History and International Relations
Department at Oxford's All Souls College this Michaelmas Term.

Unfortunately, they apparently have no machines with Net access.  (I don't
think the department is exactly full of hackers... (-: )  Is anyone aware
of another department that might grant a guest account with Net access to
a visiting scholar with research interests in knowledge-based simulation
using ROSS-in-Scheme?  Thanks!  -B
