I am looking for the following paper:

A Novel Rule-Based Facility for Smalltalk
W.R. LaLonde
Proceedings of ECOOP '87, Paris, France, June 1987, p193-198

- at least, that's what my reference says. I have the proceedings for this
conference as published by Springer-Verlag, but it isn't in there!

If anyone is able to let me know how to get a copy of this paper I would
be most grateful.
