It requires an addition to mailer. I myself run Binkley Terminal 2.20 which will allow my UUCP to send a string "@UUCP@" where upon binkley calls up the uucico. The package I use for the conversions is called UFGATE.ARC. This package can be gotten via ftp from SIMTEL20.ARPA. I will not guarantee you that it with the TBBS message format. As to getting a link you will have to speak with those in your area... Remember usenet feeds are just a privilage!
