A minor buglet in 6.5.5:

When you switch from a folder whose contents you have completely deleted back
to your system folder, after answering `y' to the `update ?' question, you get

	[foldername] : removed
=>	[foldername] : No such file or directory

and then everything carries on fine.

Just a nit.
