If you haven't gotten an answer to a specific question in that time, it almost always means that mail to you is coming back, and in frustration with the mail system I have given up. I tend to throw it all out, so it might be wise to keep a copy to resend after a week. I am constantly amazed that mail can get to me but not back. There must be a path.
