Hi all,

I've been doing other things for the past year or so, and I've
just come back onto this list.  Just before I left, I had pleaded
for someone, anyone, to develop some kind of floating point support
for Minix.  I've found that, while I was away, my prayer was answered,
by Peter Housel, with a pretty complete enhancement package for the
compiler and library.  I havn't tried it in anger yet, but its
definitely functional.

The point of this note is that, even though the package was posted
a few months ago, I havn't noticed (flicking thru the archives) much
comment about it.  So I just wanted to say *I* think its a pretty
useful enhancement, and publicise it again, in case other people
also missed it along the way.
