First: Our lab contains 3 PDP-11/23's and 3 PDP-11 Micros. The Micros have a disk drive controller (an RQDX2 which controls a winchestter hard drive + floppy drives -- this controller is also referred to as a UDA50 ). I was wondering is anyone had/knows/could tell us the commands/functions (bit layouts) so we could write our own controller drivers and plug them into XINU or if such drivers already exist and if we could "borrow" them. Second: Several students in this lab are currently working on adding a Memory Management Unit to XINU (running on the same machines). Any information/helpful hints would be appreciated.
