I am looking for a good price on SCSI disk drives in the 60-300MB range,
the drives are for non-unix/dos/mac machines so paying extra for someone
with 40 help lines who wants to sell me a controller I can't use anyway
is not an deal maker.  In fact as long as there is some reasonable warranty
and a guarantee against out-of-box failure I am a happy camper.

Manufacturer is not too much of an issue, so long as the MTBF et. al. are
such that I won't have to replace them too soon.

Quantities wanted are (dependent upon pricing of course) ~12 drives along
the smaller end of the range (60-100 MB) and ~5 at the upper end (200-300MB).

Needless to say this is a vendor search and not a request for bids/proposals.
My preference is to hear from happy customers, but vendor replies will not be
ignored :-)
