In selecting Chooser, a KBox loaded with KSTAR will send out a NBP
packet with zone=*, whereas a KBOX loaded with KIP0688 will send out a
NBP packet with zone=MyZone (where MyZone is the zone of the KBOX).

Irrespective of which one is "officially" correct, we'd like to 
have KSTAR do what KIP does, send out NBP packets with zone=MyZone, 
rather than zone=*.  Is there a way to do this with KSTAR?
