I believe it was at or about the same time the "slow start" was added. Berkeley source code is not needed because the application will be TOPS-20, not Unix. I would also appreciate hearing from anyone who has already added slow start and/or dynamic windowing to the TOPS-20 TCP/IP code. --Keith Petersen
