All packages I know limit themselves to two dimensions (gnuplot, grap). To drive an output device I can use X-windows and postscript (or a HP plotter using, of course, hp-gl). It should run on a Unix machine (BSD or SYSV) and be written in C, Pascal, Fortran or CommonLisp.
