I know of two sources: FOR MS-DOS ONLY Digital Research at one time had a PL/1 compiler which listed at $750. I don't know anything more. FOR UNIX, XENIX, and 386 PC's (MD-DOS) Language Processors Inc. I can't find my literature from them, but I am sure they are in the Boston area. They also have COBOL, C, and FORTRAN with cross language calling. They advertised a symbolic debugger and looked good from the brochures. The MS-DOS was $1000 and the UNIX/XENIX started higher. This was a few years ago, but I have recently seen an article somewhere mentioning them.
