Page D-1, Amiga ROM Kernel Reference Manual: Libraries and Devices - the first
page of a section titled "Include Files," which it includes (no pun intended).
It contains C-Language include files.
Page E-1 - The Section titled "Printer Driver Source Code," containing the
source code to some of the Amiga printer drivers.
This particular book cost me only $34.95...
I believe this is the 1.1/1.2 version...
