Well folks, after my two days of work and two days at the dealer my TOS 1.4
equipped Mega 2 is now running FLAWLESSLY.  The HD needed to be rebooted
and all my programs were restored from original floppies (not the HD back
up which failed to work for some reason.)  I also discovered that my bombs
that were happening on the color monitor are *most likely* attributed to the
game's copy protection - NOT the TOS ROMs because I've seen a few posts
from people who had problems with the same two titles even under TOS 1.2.
I give TOS 1.4 a big Thumbs Up and recommend it - the differences ARE
noticable and pleasant - I just wish that I had a clue as to why my problems
happened as they did.  Another Strong Recommendation for Atari is to provide
some documentation with the TOS 1.4 upgrade, not even my dealer knew
