I'm a "techie" and *much* appreciate the facility of being able to work on the same document, with the same text formatter, on two different machines (U**x workstation & 1040ST). There are some aspects of LaTeX which cause extreme grief, but there are usually ways around them. My thanks to those Atarians who have been involved in getting TeX, LaTeX, BibTeX, the dvi previewers, the dvi drivers and the fonts up and running on STs - it has been one the *major* benefits of buying an ST.
