In all of the TOS 1.4 postings going around recently, I have
been wondering-- I assume that installing TOS 1.4 in my
6-socket 1040STf is just a matter of popping out the old
roms, and putting in the new ones--just like upgrading from
TOS 1.0 to TOS 1.2, right?   So there is no need to pay
$40 or whatever to have some "Official Atari Repair Center"
do this for me?
