My understanding was that if you have put in an upgrade that somehow effects the 68000 itself, such as an accelerator or the JRI 4096 color expander, you can't install the PC DITTO II. All of these upgrades sit atop, or require the socketing of, the 68000 itself. So if you have already modified your 68000 by putting something atop or underneath it, you can't put in a PC DITTO II. Your memory upgrade should not effect the PC DITTO. However, you may run into a power problem. 4 megs certainly pulls alot of power, and the PC DITTO II may overtax your power supply. Personally, I would not put in both unless I knew my power supply was strong enough.
