I called their tech support number and inquired about this.  My 520ST
has a Tech Specialties memory upgrade board with an additional 2MB of
DRAM, and I had the same concern.  They said that pc-Ditto II would
not interfere with memory upgrades.  I think their concern was for
16MHz upgrades.
