Due to a severe problem here, I lost any changes made to the 
mailing list and news gateway files.. If you had requested a
change in the last month, please re-submit to:

Several people had asked to be added to the u3b to mailing list
gateway,some wanted off the list alltogether,some wanted mailing
list traffic only,etc..


The problem was unique in that we did not want to use our backup
tapes under any circumstances.. If you get the idea,hmm..
