I don't want anything fancy, 80286 would be nice but not necessary. My basic requirements would be 640K base memory 2 floppy drives, 720K ok but would prefer 1.44MB 1 serial port 1 parallel port Screen should be able to 'emulate' CGA, at least. Able to run off 12 volts, like from a car. I am looking to spend as little as possible. The main use would be during travel, for word processing/database work and communications. I am looking at things like Toshiba, Zenith, etc.... Anyone have any preferences? Where should I be looking to buy? Have I missed anything in the way of features?
