Coefficient (611 Broadway NY NY 10012 - (212) 777-6707) _sells_ a product called VTERM/220 that I'm pretty sure does all that you want, and then some. VTERM/220 also supports background file transfer using a number of protocols. You can call them for a demo diskette that has _all_ of the capabilities of VTERM/220, however, it canonly be run for about 5 minutes at a time. If cost is an issue though, as it was for me, you might like to know that VTERM/220 costs somewhere around $200. I'm not positive about the price so call/write them for info.
