I replaced the version on the server because of a few reports of people getting CRC errors when trying to decode the file. We may have had a problem on the host to corrupt the file, so I replaced it to be sure. There are NO differences in the stacks, etc. Only be worried about a problem if you see a new or changed file and don't see it mentioned in dts/help/dir-files-recent.
