As honest as we can be.  The "official" version of the stack was on
the CD and also sent to developers in the June monthly mailing.  This
same stack was posted on AppleLink and made available for FTP.  We have
not released any other versions under 3.1, and if there are others out
there that are NOT the same, I would be interested in finding out what
is different and where they are coming from.
