In the local environment, the font cache sucks down way to much of the available VM, about 79K. Most people seem to use troff, but I want to download TeX fonts. Is there any way to flush the existing cache, e.g., when a job starts? This would allow me to print & would only slow down the job right after mine. Please respond by email if you follow up. Thanks.Newsgroups: comp.text
