 a) try HyperNeWs from the Turing Institute, Glasgow
    (dug@turing.ac.uk)
 b) try Lace from my colleague Les Carr (lac@ecs.soton.ac.uk)
 c) look out for OWL's Idex (though thats based on SGML)

(yes, OWL are British)
