Message-ID: <1989Sep20.201106.6277@rpi.edu> Date: 20 Sep 89 20:11:06 GMT Reply-To: krf@mars.ral.rpi.edu.UUCP () Organization: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY Lines: 34 I am in the process of publishing a small newsletter for the lab that I work for. I'd like to use TeX or LaTex (with which I am only mildly familiar) to format it, essentially because that's what I have available and anything that costs money isn't likely to become available anytime in the near future. I'd like the newsletter to be in 2 columns (with the name of the newsletter across the top of the front page), have bold headlines, be able to include figures etc. In general, I'd like it to like like a nicely formatted newsletter. To that end, I have a few requests: Does any one have a sample newsletter that I might take a look at to see how things might be accomplished? It doesn't have to follow my proposed format (much of which, I'm sure, will be modified by practicality). Better yet, has any one developed a set of macros or perhaps a LaTeX style for newsletter production? Any help will be appreciated.
