Summary: Problem disappeared after reboot Message-ID: <4097@hemuli.atk.vtt.fi> Date: 18 Sep 89 07:55:25 GMT References: <4091@hemuli.atk.vtt.fi> Reply-To: tml@hemuli.atk.vtt.fi (Tor Lillqvist) Organization: Technical Research Centre of Finland Lines: 9 This is strange. I'm quite sure that last week when I posted my enquiry our 386/ix system didn't output any NUL if I said echo 'a\000b' when logged in on the tty00 port. Now, after a reboot, I tried it again, and it works as expected... and uucp transfers also work... -- Tor Lillqvist Technical Research Centre of Finland, Computing Services (VTT/ATK) tml@hemuli.atk.vtt.fi [130.188.52.2]
