I have a need for an account with no password on a networked system.  I 
would like to limit logins to that account to the console.  I would
prefer a UNIX generic solution, but I will settle for a Silicon Graphics
Personal IRIS solution.

I will summarize email suggestions and the final solution and post to 
the net.
