I am trying to find C code to interpret the data read from a serial
port when a Logitech serial mouse is hooked up.

I have no problem using the sys/mouse.h code to work with the
microsoft bus mouse.  Ask me if you want this (trivial) piece 
of code.

Also nice would be serial mouse detect code.
