I'll believe it |when I see it, but it is at least a shred of hope. It's not my intention to deprive you of that shred of hope, but personally I take this with a grain of salt. Digital's developers are only human, after all, and things aren't always READY for release simultaneously. When they're not, there's always the choice of either (1) holding up the earlier version to release with the later one, or (2) releasing each when it becomes ready. Which do you choose? I'd prefer to release them when they're ready, and not hold up one version simply because its other-OS sibling hasn't made its way through qualification yet. Nonetheless, it's an ideal we'd like to come close to. ---Pete kaiser@cheese.enet.dec.com DEC, 2 Mt. Royal Ave. (UPO1-3), Marlboro MA 01752-9108 508-480-4345 (machine: 617-641-3450)
