It is available, but some tapes shipped without copies.  This was an error.
Tell CNS or the DEC salesperson that you need a copy.  They are available and
you *are* entitled to one.  The DEC part number is AA-ME85-TE.

It's an upgrade.  Keep the subsets you have now and use setld to load in
upgraded versions.  Be sure you upgrade ALL your loaded subsets, though.

I believe 3.1 takes care of that problem.

3.0, U01, and then 3.1

There is only one upgrade tape.  It will upgrade either workstations or
servers.   Of course, you must use the proper tape for each architecture.
VAX tape for VAXen, RISC tape for RISCen.  :-)
