The company I work for has two 386 machine with 300MB drives
using Xenix 2.2.3.  They were installed by the dealer who sold
the equipment so I don't know exactly what changes had to be
made.  This was done 1.5 years ago and if I remember correctly
the dealer had to get a special driver from SCO.  We have
recently upgraded one of the computers to Xenix 2.3.2 without
any problems with the large disk drive.

Keep the faith, it can be done!
