Message-ID: <2366@ninja.Solbourne.COM> Date: 14 Sep 89 12:57:43 GMT Organization: Solbourne Computer Inc., Longmont, Co. Lines: 21 Maybe you all should tell me to RTFM but how do you run an xview application on screen 1 of a multi-headed system. I tried setting the DISPLAY environment variable and also starting the application with a -display option but the windows always pop up on screen 0. BTW, I had no problems getting Xview and the test programs compiled. I guess they were developed on Solbourne compatible machines :-) I am seeing a problem however with some of the examples not completely painting themselves. For example "xv_panel_buttons" paints only about the top-left 100x100 pixel area. When I click on the buttons however, they are completely painted. I see the same thing in the "Load File" dialog box from "textedit". Any clues? Is anyone in Sun-land interested in seeing some window dumps? -- Tom LaStrange Solbourne Computer Inc.
