	Support for Color manipulation at the widget level would make 
	things lot easier for application programmers.

You don't really describe what you want (and widget level support won't
really solve problems with non-ICCCM window managers), but you can read
through the just-released Xt revisions to see if what you need is there.
If it isn't, you'll have to do a better job of saying what you want.
