The proposed revisions to Xt for R4 do include additional support
for colormap specification, in the nature of convenience functions
that support the ICCCM-specified window properties.  No additional
support that would be contrary to the ICCCM is contemplated.

There is currently no mechanism in the ICCC by which a client can
call XInstallColormap and remain ICCCM-compliant.
