The problem seems that the HP widget set assumes another library of intrinsics as the athena widget set does. When I 'make' in the directory of the HP widgets, also a libXt.a is generated. Apparantly, you have to use this version of the intrinsics when you want to link an application with the HP widgets. If you use the libXt.a which is generated by make'ing the core distribution, the resulting binary doesn't work. Is this true, or did I make one or another mistake and are these two widget sets indeed using the same intrinsic libraries. By the way, I have exactly the same problem with the intrinsics related include files... Francois Staes Philips PASS-AIT Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
