I think the price of the book is a bit on the high side, (although
I shouldn't talk, mine is going to sell for about $35!)  Why would
you want to get the "floppy"?  Presumably, you are working on a 
workstation that is incompatible with an IBM PC floppy, and anyway,
the code in the book, although it is plentiful, is not terribly
useful.  (At least not as useful as some of the code examples in the
Douglas Young book.)  Besides, if you simply copy the examples from
a file on disk you won't get as much retention as you would if you
copied them in by hand into an editor; this is almost like writing
the program yourself.

The book is pretty thorough, it covers all the basics of XLIB programming
with simple examples.  If you order only the book it will cost you
$29.95 (list price on back of book) - just call 1-800-MANUALS.  I think
this book is a good addition to anyone's collection of X Books.
