We are trying to tex the most recent version of the bison manual and
are having problems.  Specifically, it uses a macro "@heading" which
does not seem to be defined.  We have tried it with texinfo.tex
versions 1 and 1.13.  Is there a "current" (standard) texinfo.tex?
