It might be nice to use headers like that, but:

	1) Berkmail (Mail/mailx), for instance, doesn't generate them -
	   I don't know whether most users run a UA that generates them,
	   or not;

	2) they don't always contain the Message-ID of the message to
	   which the user is replying.
