	It means "Read The F*cking Manual". This is more
	recent than FUBAR or TARFU, which are WWII acronyms,
	and it incorporates a different approach to things.
	RTFM has been with us since the 70's, or perhaps
	the late 60's. Note the time correspondence with
	the use of computers 8^)...
