My site uses Elm 2.2 PatchLevel 10.

I would like to know how to use the local and remote signatures
with Elm, and also, after you complete the message and go into the
options screen, what the Status and Options line is used for.

Please note: I do not know how to get the manual for Elm, any
details of that would be appreciated. . . d;-)
