Message-ID: <3424.2518d5c9@zeus.unl.edu> Date: 21 Sep 89 18:36:25 GMT Lines: 13 Some time ago, on the mailing list, someone posted a fix for NEWS so that item files wouldn't have so much file space allocated to them. To see how bad it is, try DIR/SIZ=ALL in a spool directory. Anyway, I can't seem to find that message. Does anyone remember what it was that needed to be done? All it entailed was adding one constant to a QIO call somewhere. Help would be appreciated.. -- Tim Russell Univ.
