Did anyone else have this patch crap out on relay/relaynews.c and
relay/sh/anne.jones for no apparent reason?  I tried to apply this
on a cnews directory that had only the generic patched sources (i.e.
it had never been configured or built).  I looked at the patches and
they were simple enough to apply by hand but I found no reason for
them to fail.  The lines were in all the right places and read as they
should and I'm at the correct patchlevel etc.  I'm running patch
at patchlevel 12 which I believe is the most recent release.  Could
that sed script in anne.jones have thrown it off?  Even if it did that
still wouldn't explain why relaynews.c failed.
