That's not weird at all, actually.  I have a promo CD of an Art Of
Noise album, and it has a jewel booklet which is only one panel -
the front cover art, with the words "PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY" down
the side.  There was no back cover/spine insert, and it lacked all
the pages of the real official jewel book.  So don't fret -- at
least not yet anyway!
