Generous If you want to do this on the cheap, try to get hold of an old VW headlight relay. These things were used to toggle the high-low headlight beam from an SPST switch. The drawback is that the contacts are SPST, too. You might have to use a second relay (your choice of contact types). Try a wrecking yard first.
