I'm looking for samples of digital circuits/systems for use in
benchmarking some circuit simulation algorithms.  I would be
most interested in obtaining architectural as well as transistor
level descriptions of such.

In the case of private circuits you may be using, nondisclosure
terms can be arranged with Columbia University.
