I am about to start the process of finishing my basement.  I have various
ideas about what I want, functionally, but no idea how to get there,
executionally.  I'd appreciate any leads anyone might have as to good
architects who can take the ideas and turn them into a plan for a
reasonable cost.

By the way, has anyone out there taken that approach?  If so, what are the
cost norms for this type of work?
