I put a new man page into /software/mfcf-basics/man/man1/relative.1
`man relative` can't find it.

`setenv MANPATH mfcf-basics:standard`
`man relative` still can't find it.

`setenv MANPATH /software/mfcf-basics/man:standard`
`man relative` still can't find it.

`/usr/ucb/man relative` finds and formats it with no problem.
`man relative` can find it now.

`setenv MANPATH standard`
`man relative` can't find it again.
