(a) Shut MAN up about "xxx: type unknown".  "man -v" will mention it though.
(b) RMAND mishandled hosts that did not have vendor pages, now works I believe.
(c) RMAND's name matcher got broken, so "s" matched "snake".  Fixed.
(d) xh-man-config now hit's RMAND with a HUP to reload the config-file & world.
(e) In xh-man-config: old-rmand.cf name changed to rmand.cf.BAK
